Night Splints

A Night Splint is a type of brace that can be used to treat Plantar Fasciitis or Achilles Tendinopathy. Here's how it works: when your foot is relaxed, your calf muscle puts greater tension on the plantar fascia. The night splint gently stretches the plantar fascia by maintaining the foot in a position with toes pointed upward. General consensus is that wearing a night splint reduces the pain experienced when first stepping onto the floor in the morning.
